Non-Traditional Careers
What is a non-traditional career?
It's a career in which 25 percent or less of a certain gender is represented; for instance, men in nursing and women in automotive technology. Research shows men and women are increasingly moving into and succeeding in non-traditional careers. Some of the best benefits of non-traditional careers are learning new things that will lead to better advancement opportunities, higher salaries and better benefits in one's career.
