Continuing Student Veterans Semesterly Intake Forms


Each semester, returning student veterans receive priority registration. The start date of priority registration will be sent to your Moraine Valley email account each semester about one month prior to that date. To reduce the time spent completing this process, we have provided links to the documents required each semester to complete your course registration and VA certification. Please complete each document, print them and bring them to Academic Advising (S201) at the time of your registration for final course approval.
