Community/Group Tours

Looking for a fun and educational field trip for your group? Take a tour of Moraine Valley’s campus! Tours are customized to meet your group’s needs. You will work closely with the tour coordinator to plan your visit to the college.

Groups can take a general campus tour to see all of the facilities and student areas (about 1 to 1.5 hours) or visit specific areas of the college where faculty and staff will give brief presentations on their program or service (approximately 2 to 2.5 hours). Accommodations for lunch on campus can be arranged.

Areas to visit may include the:

  • Fine and Performing Arts Center
  • Police Department
  • Fire Science Academy
  • Allied Health Programs
  • Health and Fitness Center
  • Nature Study Area and more!

Tours are offered Mondays through Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Because much of the tour involves walking around Moraine Valley’s large campus, tours are only offered from September to mid-November, mid-March and April. However, if you are looking for a very specific tour of one area, dates and times can be flexible.

The College and Community Relations department provides tours for student groups in grades 5-8, Boy and Girl Scout troops, gardening clubs, or any other community group. High school students/groups must contact the Admissions Department at (708) 974-5355.

To schedule your tour, call (708) 974-5281.
